I'm extremely pleased with how my experience went with Veterans United. I knew my experience with VU was going to be great from the very get go when I had my prescreen interview with Austin. He did a phenomenal job of asking the right questions and explaining everything to me. I felt like he knew significantly more than competing loan officers from other companies about what my needs were and what my path to a VA loan was - his charisma, knowledge, and professionalism is really what hooked me in. Once I started speaking with my Loan Officer, Billy, everything was smooth sailing from there. Billy (and DK) were always on the ball and we didn't really have any issues all the way through closing. I am very thankful for everything you guys did for me!
