Jennifer Heishman is smart, driven, passionate, and hardworking. She is highly motivated and always responded to my calls and texts promptly, answering all my questions thoroughly. Her problem-solving skills, patience, and dedication to meeting her clients' needs far exceeded what I would expect from my loan officer.
Kat Spellman was also great, although we did have a few last minute things at different times that I felt we could have been notified about earlier.
I disagree with the requirement for the well water tests was handled. I was suddenly told I needed a test, but was given no direction about how to order a test or where I could go to get one. I was informed by Josh that the VA considers it unethical for them to give us that information and it's against VA policy. I think that's b.s. The VA could provide instructions on how to order it, and could give a list of local laboratories that provide it, and let the buyer choose which one to use. Common sense! That was the biggest issue with my buying process. Other than that, it was a fairly smooth experience, and I was happy to find on closing day, that my out of pocket cost was less than predicted!
