They asked for the same information over and over again causing extreme stress to an already stressful process. Some of the staff supporting us were very helpful, others would not return our calls and appeared to be very disorganized. This led to our having little confidence in the organization.If we had any choice, I would have changed lenders, but we would have lost the house we were trying to purchase, so we were stuck

Need the fastest internet in the area, they help locate that too! Anyone whose moved large distances knows, the more resources available to support the transition the better.

I would give it a 10, but there was quite a bit of back-and-forth due to the underwriters demands. Notwithstanding, my loan officer, Kapil, did his level best to run interference and was able to make everything work.
My entire experience with veterans united and the team assigned to me honestly could not have gone better. At a time where my life was in a really difficult place they absolutely made this the least stressful it possibly could’ve been. I am extremely grateful. Kenny and Matt were so kind and Honestly felt like a huge support system for me and my son in a hard time.
I can only say my recommendation for your company is the very highest. All of your people that dealt with me were outstanding. Your Internet website is very user-friendly. I liked it very much. The concierge Function was new to me and so very helpful. Great idea. The loan coordination was very user-friendly and greatly helped keep the process going in the right direction at all times. It was a team effort and I have only positive things to say about each member of the team. They did a great job.
Honestly, remove the "super duper secure" line when asking people to verify their identity when using the app... It's embarrassingly childish (at least to me)

Where other loan officers were evasive or unresponsive, Tim and his team were prompt, clear, and consistent every step of the way.He was extremely patient, took the time to explain everything in detail, and never hesitated to answer my many (many!) questions. I truly felt supported and confident knowing they were in my corner.Even when other loan companies offered more money, they simply could not deliver the same level of service or close the file. Tim and his team were solution-oriented, and got the job done efficiently.And to top it off—they closed my file in just two weeks!I am beyond grateful for their service and highly recommend Tim and his team to anyone looking for a responsive, knowledgeable, and results-driven lender.
