It was an overall great experience with the exception of the confusion around the land we own. We have two separate lots for which one has a loan and the other is owned wholly by us. There was repeated confusion between the lots with the wrong lot being referenced for the loan. The confusion continued even after we provided documentation that firmly outlined the differences. Up until the very last day before we closed, our last set of documents that we had to e-sign still referenced the wrong lot number. I had to reject signing and wait for it to get corrected.
We were honest when reaching out to veterans united and gave them a short time line. They worked with us and made sure we were ready the entire time. They made sure to answer all questions and were always available.
If you are looking for a group of professionals who understand the market and Veterans then this company is it! They were amazing throughout this process and displayed excellent knowledge of the home buying process.
