I would not recommend using Veterans United because throughout the home buying process it was hard to get ahold of my team. On most occassions i would call and leave a message and wouldnt hear back for days, if at all.
Besides the communication difficulty i thought Wes Dyer and Dylan were great. They are polite and very helpful. I wasnt a fan of Brandon, He was kinda rude, made a number of mistakes, and from my persepective, just didnt seem to care about me.
Brian was great ! Definitely looked out for my best interests! His support staff also very pleasant to work with ✅

Was such a better experience than I ever thought it would be. Veterans United helped us get into our dream home even during a sellers' market. Justin was nothing but supportive and transparent and helped me through the entire process. Could not be happier to use my VA Loan benefit with help from the Veterans United team!

All of the staff associated with my loan process were excellent. The concierge services was a plus the loan agent and staff were prompt and quick to answer any concerns that I had. The easy to use app worked great for me to load documents or receive documents that I needed to sign. The to-do list within the app let me know exactly where I was in the process so I had a little questions. Overall, a very good experience with everyone I came in contact with including personal that might have been filling in for someone out that day. If I choose to buy another home. I will most definitely use veterans unit again.
Yall made it easy to navigate and use the system nd it helped us alot as most the paperwork was already done
Yes I do have more to say my VA rep Jamie Clark excellent she treat her job like it's a business and she's out to help someone and she does just that for the energy and never tiring that's the way you get something done thank you
Aaron E and Zach S were both incredibly helpful through this whole process! Even when my first house purchase fell through from seller complications, they helped us bounce back when we found a second property and helped close in a quick fashion!

Brian and Angelica were both an absolute pleasure to work with, as was the rest of the VU team. They were extremely professional, always responded in a timely manner, and answered all questions we had quickly.
