This is the second home I have purchases through Veterans United. I used the same Loan officer again, Katie Hayes. I would recommend her team to any future home buyers. They provided me a gentle home buying experience.

App is easy and convenient to use. Loan application went smooth. However, I do not feel I was taken care of properly, once I Accepted to proceed with loan, communication stoped drastically and my questions and concerns were not adressed properly nor in a timely manner. Other loan companies offer better customer service, the only reason I completed loan was because I was in a rush, and did not want to start process al over again.

Excellent support team. I had a problem uploading a file into the system, but the team was able to walk me through the problem.
Tay Carson made the entire process smooth and fairly effortless. Answered all the questions my wife and I had also he and his team sent us surprise gifts along the way that were greatly appreciated.
