I don't think I would ever use your company again. In fact there were several times I almost did go somewhere else. You really need to get your act together when using the App. You rely on it WAY WAY WAY too much. It should be a "tool" not your media for communication.

This is our 4th home purchase using VU (yes, we move too often!) and each one has been as stress free as it can be. The online system VU uses for all the documentation is very sophisticated yet very user friendly. I cannot think of anything they could do better short of making my house payments for me. Truly exceptional in all respects.
