I would recommend Veterans United as they were very helpful with purchasing a home. Their interface/website was very user friendly and the specialist kept you informed throughout the process.

We settled on Friday, December 17 with the funds scheduled to be disbursed on Wednesday, December 22. Followed up with James Vance of Lance's team re: disbursement timing and why neither our old mortgage or us had received payment. His response, "Title should have everything needed to send payment. You may have to reach out to the Title Company to check with them!" Felt like we were left high and dry without an advocate. We did reach out to the Title Company as he suggested but the response too was unsatisfactory. As of today, Monday December 27 no disbursement has been made.
