With Veteran's United Home Loans the least stressful part of locating and buying a home was the loan process. Veteran's United Home Loans is more than a lender. They afforded me an entire team to help me every step of the way.

Communication was poor. At the eleventh hour, they are asking for information that was already provided. We put down a huge down payment, and they are questioning where it came from. We just sold our house, that is where the money came from. I work for the State of Florida, and my wife is a Director at a hospital, and they are questioning us. Really pissed me off. The closing date got pushed back due to their incompetence. And had us scrambling at the last minute. Never again will we use Veteran's United because of our experience.
