It’s almost hard to put into words about my experience with Veterans United! I have been putting off purchasing a home in part because I know how stressful the entire process can be! I had a few major events during this process and my team did not skip a beat! The moment I was back in town and ready , my team was ready with me! Overall the process went relatively quickly. I like the portal and how that helps keep things on track and lets you know where things are. I just think the Taylor and Rachael could be a bit better and explaining timeframes, next steps, and answering calls or texts. I found myself stressed more than one occasion and could not get a call, email or text.
Overall, I am satisfied and grateful.
The buying experience could not have been easier unless they had a team to do the driving cross country. That was the most unpleasant thing in this experience.
