Do not allow Brad the local inspector to inspect any VA home loan houses, the guy was to lazy to get his a** on the roof and do a visual which had poor caulking around the flashing around the chimney which lead to us finding 5 water leaks our first day in the house.
Ofelia was also amazing. Helped us stay on track and on time. Now if only our team could come help us pack...
