Only improvement for my process would of been clearer communication in the very beginning. I missed out on a lower rate because I was unaware of the timing and rate lock. I signed the agreement at a lower rate but it was not locked in on time i guess.
The prospects of what is involved in purchasing a home terrified me. Chad and his team were beyond exceptional. They kept us informed and educated during the process. The enthusiasm and charismatic of the personnel was comforting. Well done brothers and sisters. Thank you.
