When the only ones who really know what's going on - the veteran who gets the loan and Derek - it makes Derek the winner. Although it was a corporate - or maybe because it was a corporate move involving a new build - literally now on really communicated with the tempo of Derek and his team. Two real estate agents didn't even the address or utility provider correct, the builder wasted 30 days when his contractors (good for us) made the rafters much closer together than required), and even the developer failed in what their job was. Derek was there every step of the way for the more than eight months. I have to say the technology and user-friendly website and app made things even easier than any house we'd financed before. With a hybrid closing due to wire and final signatures the day before the close it was easy. But - and you know there has to be one - even the closing attorney screwed up by forgetting to have us initial one page of the initial contract.
