I would like to file a complaint against the listing agent for listing a shed as a "guest house" and for falsely claiming the property came with a "private beach". I've been down to the so called private beach and there's no beach, it's a heavily overgrown wooded area that you can't even get to the water. I wasn't allowed to see this so called private beach before purchasing the property and I don't appreciate being scammed and lied to.
The process was quick, professional and friendly. They were flexible and able to work around my travel schedule. Great experience all around!
Overall, very good experience. Better than our first time which was also great. 100% would recommend and would love the same team in the future!
