There were many times where questions went unanswered until I followed up multiple times. I was not notified of things promptly when time was of the essence. I felt as if it weren’t for me staying on top of everyone I would not have been able to close on the home when I did. Also my closing cost was increased multiple times within the last week or two before closing just to end up getting almost half of it back.

While we do not directly control the majority of these costs like taxes and insurance, we do appreciate your calling attention to this aspect and we value your feedback. The fact that these ratings can only go up to 10 is my only dissatisfaction with this home buying process. Every "bump" in the road was explained and overcome. The entire process went quite quickly considering the complexity of a loan application. The step-by-step check off list made it easy to understand what was required.
