Give Shane and Molly a raise. They are hard-working and make the buying process a little more comfortable. If they don't get a raise, you should at least buy them a five dollar footlong from Subway, preferably an Italian BMT.

I appreciated everything that was done for me to get into my own home. They were able to help work through issues that came up with professionalism. I know they get rather busy with all the customers they have but would have liked to get updates more often. Maybe something could be done where customers could receive emails once or twice a week to give an update on where they are at in the process, possibly even a log-in site for customers to check on status updates.
