I've heard a lot of negatives about the company, especially in the early stages of hunting a new home. If we had not purchased a home before and worked with other lenders, I could understand how people came to this because the VA themselves are hard to deal with and have many stipulations. But, having the experience I do, I can say I found Tanner and the rest of the team to be very easy to deal with. Overall, I feel safe recommending them if you are trying to use your VA loan to purchase a home.
I had a wonderful experience with my team who were there for me every step of the way. They were very attentive and supportive I could have not chosen a better team for my home buying journey. Wish some of the information was informed up front, such as getting a letter from your employer to show that you are eligible for telework, and the day before closing, the employment date still needs to show active as current date rather than having to call the HR again and ask them to update my record.
