Brayden, Adam, Ali and all the additional people I talked to, including Garrett from the ADT team (referred to by VU) was outstanding. My second time with VU and if I ever move again I will be using VU again. These are very patient and compassionate people. The walked me through everything.My only negative feedback and just because there is room for improvement. Mainly is for Storm from the house insurance department. She did cause some Anxiety. This is my second time buying a house and granted, Florida has its issues but she did not really do a great job explaining the issues of obtaining insurance in Florida. She did make it seem like I was not going to be able to obtain insurance. I am not an expert in buying houses and the process. The team that was assigned to me was awesome but from the insurance department, maybe preparing people for things like this could avoid future headaches. I was moving states and transitioning jobs along with many other things. I will take responsibility of not conducting extensive research. I feel like maybe it would help initially disclosing how hard it is to obtain insurance is in Florida. The wording of her email and text messages really made me nervous and anxious.
