The team they put together to help handle the loan process with me was awesome. Everyone had a job and they did it well. The communication within the team was fantastic. I really liked that the team and I were all on the same page throughout the loan process. They kept the stress level down for me and answered all my questions and concerns and didn't make me feel like my needs, concern, and questions were a bother, unimportant, or small. They did a terrific job for me.




The whole experience was incredibly easy, smooth and headache free.



The team overall was great! I have purchased 2 previous houses with different loan agencies and by far the best I have worked with. The team took the time to answer questions and were direct and helpful with documentation needed to ensure closing of the house with great results!

Veterans United loan team were great to work with and we had a much easier process than with our local bank.






Was a total nightmare, Taylor should not be anyone’s manager let alone deal with customers. No people skills. Will call you and not even have you file in front of him or your account pulled up. So can’t answer any questions you have and everything he says is in general and not pertaining to your account. He tell you he will call you back before the end of business the business day and you don’t hear from him until three days later with what I fore mentioned. Will NEVER use or recommend VU ever again, had this been my first home I would never buy again. Lucky for me I know this is not how a home buying experience should so I will purchase additional home just never with veterans United.

From the initiation of the loan process they kept me appraise of the loan application process and guided me on what needed to be done to complete the process. In addition, they were able to get my certificate of eligibility, something that is not easy to get in theses times.
