Are you sure there is no place I can give Kevin and his team greater than a 10??? They deserve a 20!!!!!This is second time I have worked with Kevin and his team. I could not ask for a better experience. In the beginning of our home search we were almost enticed to use another group because of seller contribution but Robin and I were both happy it did not work out and we came back to Veterans! Kevin and the entire team is the best at this!!!!!

buying a home is a stressful time. this is what i was expecting. this is not what i got this team held my hand the whole way through, they took away the stress, kept me informed in every situation i was never uninformed. garet, tyler and brad bought this house for me i just had to move in i was so impressed with the knowledge of this professional team and the way they complimented each other. i will tell everyone what a great and stress free experience this was...

By far the worst experience buying a home. They are not up front about anything as far as what will be needed and required to get to closing. On 4 or 5 different occasions they would say I just need this one more thing and we'll be good to go...oh we just need this one more thing and just one more thing, and then the day before your scheduled to close they say hey we need one more thing, but that thing takes a week and you're closing date gets pushed back for the 3rd time. These people are a bunch of idiots that don't care about veterans or there families. I do not recommend them to anyone and never will!!

The knowledge of products and how they best serve my needs were what brought me back for a second time. VU did not let me or my family down. Mike, my agent, always had my best interests ahead of “selling” me a product. If it didn’t make sense, he wasn’t in it to press for my signature. From start to finish, he and others along the way (shout out to Samantha in underwriting) demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and commitment while delivering their product in a smooth timely manner. VU understands the mission.
