Jared and the entire team were a JOY to work with. As a 1st time homebuyer I had a LOT of questions. Jared and his team were always knowledgeable and very quick to respond and always kept me on-track. The way these guys took care of me during and after the process made me feel valued and important. I can’t say enough good things about this team of rockstars, highly recommend!
I've used Veterans United three different times, and each experience has been a 10. I don't know why any veteran would even consider using some other company.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! What started as an experience that I thought I would stress over, turned into one that I will be talking to all my friends about. The level of professionalism was outshined only by the level of care. Danny Reyna, Mike Keith, Doug Pearson, Michelle Terry, and Ivan Long were very patient with the seller and I especially given the consideration that we chose not to go through a Real Estate Agencey. They were more than helpful even when I sent in the wrong form, wrong information, and the times when I wasn't sure of what form was needed. The team was very accommodating to my work schedule. Having to adult as a single parent really didn't leave much time to get everything sent up in a timely manner. The team at Veterans United were very patient and understanding with me. They gave me time needed to get everything together and sent up without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. The team made sure that I was kept well informed throughout the entire prosses. I received constant updates on where we stood throughout the whole experience. Even when there were no changes, just waiting for paperwork to be approved, they still reached out to me to let me know. They were a team that truly cared about me and what I was trying to build for my family's future more than how much money they could get from me. They went out of their way to show this by sending personal gifts, not mass-produced company merchandise, for my children and I as a congratulations/housewarming gesture. If there was anything that this team could do to better improve the next person's experience... there isn't. Keep doing what you're doing and thank you to all the personal at Veterans United that helped me through this great and memorable milestone in my family's life.
There is a lot involved with buying a home. These are professionals. They make the whole process easy.
Highly professional team, I highly recommend this group. The process is as streamlined as it can get.
Loved working with him so much everyone there at veterans United was incredibly helpful and insightful. Made the entire process enjoyable and easy.
Thank you for the great service
By far the most important investment in my life! The people and company went above and beyond!
Nicks team might as well be called the “A” team. Mikayla, Audrey and Bo made home buying fun and took a lot of the stress away. They’re all very knowledgeable of their job and literally just a phone call away. First time we bought a house, it took my wife and I close to a year before we closed on a house. Unfortunately I didn’t know Veterans United existed then which made home buying very stressful and traumatizing. We bought our first house because we were exhausted settled for something subpar. Thanks to Veterans United, Nicks team, and Renee, we were able to close in a month on a house my wife and I truly loved. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you so much for everything.
We are very grateful for everyone who made our dreams come true. ❤️
Overall it was a really good process, told what you need to submit and provides a site where ots easy to upload and see what you need to do next, the people i interacted with were amazing, keeping me in the loop of what was going on. Now the hiccup was when it came closer to closing, just under 2 weeks before closing i was told i need to upload all my W2s from the previous year, i did this but it did delay closing by a week. Then 30 days of paystubs, followed by proof of being able to cover closing costs. I imagine that this came from the unerwriter requesting all this, which would be fine normally, but i was told 1 thing was needed at a time and not all at once and with work not being able to upload them till that night. If i was provided a list of everything that was needed or the underwriter looked at my stuff beforehand it would have saved a lot of stress and headaches, which the week before closing i was still trying to get everything. In the end it worked out and everything went through. Thank you to my VU team
A wonderful and great experience!
As a first time homebuyer, we had an exceptional experience working with Veterans United!!
Working with the loan coordinator was horrible for the first time buy I had to have family help me out with the constant vague need to do's (never explaining what all needs to be in). Other than that is was fun and happy I have the house. yet was a horrible experience.

Thank you to all of you your are an amazing bunch.
No fancy commercials but much better service than PenFed who I tried first when I was looking into a VA loan. Also Veterans United had a better web page. Easy to navigate and get things done quickly with ease. When I wanted to learn something the web page was easy to use to get the answers. VA United made this whole process easy and exciting. Thank you for everything.
The best team I could have.
