I was 10 days into my home purchase. I made zero ground with the financing company I first chose. I remembered that I bought my first home with VU. So, in good faith I gave Don a call. Now, this is not an exaggeration, Don had us completing tasks to get us closer to purchasing the moment we started working. Hes professional, caring, listens, cares about his job, very transparent, and just an outstanding human being. For as long as Don chooses to stay in this field of work. I will look nowhere else for help. Its just not worth it to try anyone else.

Veterans United Home Loan is very organized and professional. A team is assigned especially for you to assist with all your questions and concerns. My team walked me through my process step by step . My lending team was always quick to return all my phone calls and emails. If I needed a something i received it . I also liked all the Videos available . I was able to watch them and understand what to expect prior to Closing. My lender allowed me to Digitally sign my final Closing disclosure prior to closing , doing this made my closing day move quickly. This organization made me feel honored for my Service as a Veteran . Veterans United made the home buying process smooth and straightforward. As an active duty Soldier, having a lender that understands VA loans and works efficiently made all the difference. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting us into our home. I would absolutely recommend Veterans United to any fellow Veteran or service member.
They did the heavy lifting. I had a realtor that wasn't giving me a lot of see time with houses; they got me another one. I work off shift and needed a team to work around that; they showed up. I needed updates, phone call questions and options; they provided.
