Overall, I’d give Veterans United a 10 out of 10. From start to finish, everything was straightforward, organized, and way less stressful than I expected as a first-time buyer. Everyone I worked with actually took the time to explain things and keep me in the loop, which made the process feel solid and trustworthy.And yes, I’d definitely recommend Veterans United to friends and family. They made the whole experience easier than I thought it would be.
Ryan was very communicative and friendly. He made the entire process very personable and easy. Ryan was a joy to work with and would recommend him to anyone.

Veterans United (Andrew Struttman) did an excellent job. Why ? Easy to communicate. The highlights , he had a non-VA approved property turned to a VA approved property.My little research states it's a long process . It would even take months. But guess what. That process was completed in less than a monthThank you Andrew and to the rest of the team who made this happen to us , a homeowner again.From start to finish it only took 45 days to close. Wow, where do I begin? Veterans United and my team of Adam, Amanda, Rich, and Shannon are all Rock Stars! I began my journey to homeownership without a clue, luckily these guys and gals were there every steps of the way. From outstanding customer service to personable interactions and did I mention they have streamlined their process, so you have your own portal that allows you to track the process/progression of your loan? Well, they do, and it's great. Veterans United doesn't just get you pre-approved and tell you to do ABC, they have videos, and articles that further explain each step of the process, detailing what to expect, why this step is necessary what the next step is. Simply put, they bring their a game every time.
Initially I was going to give VU a ten out of ten but, one time when I called Rynda and left a message, she did not return my call that day or the next day. It wasn't until the next day that I called again and still wasn't able to get ahold of anyone so, I was transferred to the supervisor Brad who was very helpful. I was told everyone was in a meeting, which is understandable but, prior to retiring, when I worked and I walked into my office in the morning and saw that I had a missed a call the previous day, I would immediately call that person back.
The thing that really didn't sit well with me is when Rynda sent me a text about the review stating, "we expect a 10 out of 10". Pressuring someone for a 10 out of 10 even slightly or passively is "unprofessional" in my opinion. Soliciting a review should be enough without the pressure of receiving a perfect score. She probably didn't mean anything negative or offense when requesting a perfect score but, that maybe an inherent problem with communicating via text instead of verbally.
Nevertheless, my experience with VU was excellent, just not perfect.
