Shawnee Holsten and her team (Amber Job) where are joy to work with. They were respectful, courteous, very responsive and thoughtful! Not to mention that we could feel that they were very experienced with the whole process. We enjoyed working with them very much. We also enjoyed how easy it was to engage with the online platforms.

Veterans United Home Loan is very organized and professional. A team is assigned especially for you to assist with all your questions and concerns. My team walked me through my process step by step . My lending team was always quick to return all my phone calls and emails. If I needed a something i received it . I also liked all the Videos available . I was able to watch them and understand what to expect prior to Closing. My lender allowed me to Digitally sign my final Closing disclosure prior to closing , doing this made my closing day move quickly. This organization made me feel honored for my Service as a Veteran . Underwriting was a complete pain. Will have to fight them about
My tax exempt status on property taxes. Their legal department thinks they determine my status..... not the state of Arizona. Just like I had to educate them on hauled water laws.
