Michael Fible and Zach Jones were fantastic. They communicated very thoroughly with me through the whole process, letting me know right away if I had anything that was needed for my loan. If had any questions, they answered them right away. They really know what they are doing and appreciate that they were my loan officers. I highly recommend Veteran's United. It has always been a pleasant experience.

One of the worst experiences I have ever gone through was dealing with these people not only are they rude unorganized and unprofessional I did not feel like any of this experience was what it was supposed to be.just unbearable... And every service person I talk to I will tell them never use you're company.

Veterans United did an overall great job with my wife and I as first-time home buyers to ensure we made it into our dream home. From our experience, the best thing about Veterans United is the staff that worked with us. Jason Lacy and his team were exceptionally kind with us every time we spoke with them. The worst experience we had was the appraisal process. The appraisal took a good amount of time to complete when we were on a time crunch to purchase the home; although they did a great job in terms of appraising the house thoroughly and correctly, the time it took to complete was worrying my wife and I.Overall, we highly recommend Veterans United to anyone and everyone, especially first-time home buyers!
