Except for the under qualified appraiser everything went great. Was kept up to date and helped with issues all the way through the process. Always had access to someone for questions and help.
I went through multiple other lenders before using Veterans United, and their service was far superior. I also got the lowest rate with them. My loan specialist, Horace Johnson, was great. The online portal allowed me to link my bank account, which saved me a ton of time because many other companies had me scanning my statements page by page as my bank didn't offer downloadable statements. I would highly recommend this company to anyone buying a home.
