Philip is very unprofessional her only quells via text after normal 9-5 business hours and only at his convenience, NOT the buyer and NOT the seller and will not communicate effectively with the agents in regards to urgent timelines. Clearly demonstrated lack of regulatory knowledge resulting in delays, confusion about funding, and missed settlement dates, yes more than one missed settlement date on the same property. Do not go with Philip and his team, I would be hesitant to recommend veterans united again because even colleagues do not communicate effectively.

Veterans United goes every step of the way to provide an almost seamless transaction when buying a home for Veterans. The customer service was great. They work long hours of the day, outside of normal working hours. The heart of this outstanding service at VU was the Loan Officer. All in all, I would very much recommend them!
