Starting with Ms.Britney, who stood with me from being to end. She had a team that's unbelievable. The process was great they gave me a Realtor that'was unbelievable,Mr. David to get my scores where they need to be. This team work so hard, my sellers representative was how was they able to close so fast. I would recommend any veteran to call and try to purchase a home . Ms. Brittney who stated it all off for me. Everyone was very nice, helpful and professional. They all made a normally stressful process seem easy. The to do list kept me on top of the process and in the loop. I went into this with reservations because of my age and they were all very supportive.

Would highly recommend hands down. My loan officer was Brent Schultz, loan officer made my home buying experience very easy, and appreciate all the help veterans United had given me and my family. With my experience so far the staff has been nothing but outstandingly helpful and professional from the beginning and with the mobile app has made the process extremely pleasant to use and can't come up with anything to thank them enough for finding the home my family to love.
Not our first home, but our first home purchased using my VA eligibility. Started pre qualifications with a different lender and loan officer apparently decided we were not going to be an easy loan and didn’t even return calls. Reading reviews for best VA lenders, led me to highly rated for customer service, Veterans United. Experience was off the charts better. Absolutely unbelievable the difference from any previous home purchased.

This is my first house and I had no idea how how many moving parts there were. Starting with Brad, then Jamie, and finally Chad, the entire process was well explained and fairly easy to follow. The team was always available to answer my many questions and assuage my worry over potential problems. They consistently responded to calls and texts in a timely manner. I especially appreciated Chad and Jamie's guidance when we discussed interest rates and how that worked. All in all, I would highly recommend Veterans United to any veteran looking for a home.
