Way too many e-mails and repeats on things to do. Even though they were already done or not needed. And slow returning e-mails when we got them- shortage of communication between departments.

The only problem I had is the process was long. Alot of the paperwork I didn't know what it was or that they needed everything involved. It would have been easier if I had known when they asked for credit cards that they also wanted the statements. It could have been done in one step instead of 2-3 steps.



This was on a short schedule, frankly - I found a house and pounced. My sole contribution to the process was recognizing this was a home that would pass the VA's rigorous standards. Otherwise I was kind of a mess, but Hunter and the team put up with me, guided me through it and in under a month, I'm in my forever home! I can't thank them enough!
