During the last weeks of closing escrow things got kind of hectic. I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone sometimes when a few things were changed with my closing cost and had to scramble to get the money to close. I also was told that I would receive my $3000 of good faith down paymentThat I gave to my realtor back and I never did! Another huge thing that made my experience really bad was about getting my keys to my home I ended up getting my own keys late from the home owner.My real estate agent seemed to have had gotten her cut of the deal and was unable to help me. I had to literally argue with the home owners to move out and to hand me the keys.

My positive assessment of the experience that I had working with Jason Etters and Danielle Davis can not be overstated. The experience that I have had as an accountant/auditor gives me a unique ability to understand the issues related to the loan process and performance evaluation.
