Also have to give Ellen a ton of credit. ALWAYS returned my calls and emails right away. She was also more than helpful and desrves a lot of credit. She was absolutely awesome and a HUGE help to us with her quick resonses to my constant questions. She was great to work with.
Overall, a very stress free experience with the folks at Veterans United. The Team of professionals stayed on top of the transactions and communicated very well. This saved a lot of precious time in getting our home closed, and us moved in. Real talk, Veterans United Ef'N Rocks :-)
An absolutely amazing experience from the start to post home buying! My team went above & beyond. DEREK HARMON is the man! This was my first time buying a home and it was a private sell. Derek not only was my loan officer but felt like a counselor and realtor at times.
I can't express how grateful I am for everyone's hard work, kindness, and hasty response to my email/phone calls.
Thank you so very much!
If i could shake every team members hand i would. This process was a headache and stressful but they made the fight that much easier. My recommendation for veterans United would be heard above the mountain tops. Truly a great experience
Thanks from Decatur, Georgia
The entire team was amazing and worked with me every step of the way.
The whole team did an excellent job walking me through the process,I would highly recommend veterans united .
Ross team went above and beyond to remove the stress from a previous stressful mortage lender situation. Ross team work ethic created a positive mindset on my end and we worked towards and achieved a successful on-time closing.
Veterans United provided me with the best home loan experience that I've ever had. They are now my go to home loan provider.
Thinking about buying a house for the first time made me a nervous wreck, but my team at VU made it simple and put me at ease. It has been a great experience.

Before a To-Do is completed it is a green circle and when completed it goes to a green check mark. Please change the To-Do's green circle to a red circle or red X. In the beginning I thought the green circle meant it was done on the To-Do's list. A red circle or red X is more of an indicator that something needs to be done or is wrong. Normally in our society the color green is used as good or completed. A red indicates something is wrong or needs to be done. That is the only thing that I could identify to improve the process.
Awesome team & awesome ppl ! Team Work makes the Dream work & we definitely done this guys, thanks for your hard work & information, Cheers :)
I really believe this organization is very professional and understands what it means to meet each Veteran where they are and give us that reassurance that we are like family. They are committed to fighting with the same integrity or veterans are accustomed too.
I wasn’t prepared to buy a house bc of some curve balls life had thrown at me, but Aron said he could get it done and he did. And it wasn’t even a nightmare it was a carefully crafted plan. And that plan lead to mission accomplishment Aron would have made a fine marine
