this is my first time buying a home and when I say people say buying a home is very stressful, but mines was not, and it was from the help of Kody,underwrite and my realtor
From beginning to end I felt like I was kept in the loop. To begin with, the app is the best. Everything is always there and available for review. Communication with Melissa was always great. She was able to answer all my questions and give me timelines. I received a very thoughtful gift that I wasn’t expecting but just portrays the attention to detail of this team. The team was very proactive with things and getting everything turned in to underwriter. The underwriter was fast and effective. Needless to say I won’t go anywhere else in the future for funding and I will be purchasing again in the near future. Thank you to Daren and his amazing team for giving my family a home.
