Everything was great. Todd was a little hit or miss honestly. Wasn’t super amazing at answering calls or texts. Only complaint I have is that when we closed and the house was ours, the moment didn’t feel amazing because it was just a phone call and it excluded my wife. Since this is the first house we bought, we would have liked something a little more magical.
as I said before Justin Griffin was great. His team was great sorry that’s not enough. They were outstanding. The process for me. Overall amazing experience!!! Very pleased with how everything went. I think it was frustrating when things got sent to underwriters and when items needed revision we didn’t always know what they wanted and no one could give us the answer except Julie Moore. So if she’s didn’t send the emails with that information we wouldn’t have known how to get what was needed to be approved. Besides that everything went smooth there was clear communication. It was a smooth and easy process.
This ended up being such a a great experience. When I told my friends I was using a VA loan I was told good luck with that it's a pain. I can now tell them they are 100% wrong. This ended up being a pretty easy process. The team checked in on me through the process and made sure I had everything I needed.
