The process was very smooth and there were no surprises along the way. Really appreciate quick and concise communications with the team. One thing that I particularly appreciate is that I wasn't bombarded with calls, texts, and emails once I got pre-approved. The team let me know they were there for me and then patiently waited until I found a home I wanted to put an offer on.
