I had a difficult real estate (anti VA loan) agent to whom she provided compelling information and background about VA loans and she answered every question I asked quickly and helpfully. When we hit snags with the appraisal process on the VA side, Emmy did her best to keep things moving and to get our loan closed as quickly as possible. Best lender experience ever (out of 4 home purchases and 3-4 refinances).
