To be honest, it doesn't even feel like we just bought a house. We went into this process with Veterans United as first-time home buyers, and had no idea what we were going into. Now that we've officially landed in our new home, I can confirm that Veterans United absolutely covers the full suite when it comes to buying a house, and I would highly recommend them to any prospective veteran home buyers.
All out of state VA loan request/approval should be recommended to the appropriate local area/office for processing. In the event there is no local VA offices within reasonable distance the electronically process should apply.
This entire process was new and foreign to me and Veterans United definitely made the process Smooth and alot less stressful than it could of been. All around good experience would recommend to anyone. I believe that the team I had must be one of if not the best teams you could put together!
Jon Beahan and his team at Veterans United are simply the best. They are all so knowledgeable and make the process smoother by educating their clients on what is actually going on so there’s no confusion. We aren’t born knowing how to buy a home so we don’t know all the answers, this team made sure all i’s were dotted and t’s crossed without us even asking the basis behind the conversation. It was such a smooth process and it felt so secure. It’s our second time with Jon and his team and it is always a pleasure. We will return if need be down the road for sure and definitely recommend to others!
