I later found out from my realtor that closing that fast is an absolute miracle. This miracle is able to be accomplished because Emily makes it her mission to keep everyone aligned.
Sarah is the coordinator of all things post sale, i.e. House hold good move, comparing all of the available utility providers so that you can get the best fit as well as the best possible deal on utilities and other services needed. She is also the most cheerful person that my wife and I have ever spoken to. After speaking with her, you be left feeling refreshed as if you’ve undergone stress relief with a certified professional.
