The only thing I was irritated at times would be the lack of communication for POA. If VU wants a certain POA, then we be provided or just the information that is needed needs to be mentioned up front. Yes, the deadline was met, but it was for sure nail-biting at times I truly want to thank my VU team for getting the paperwork squared away for me and making it possible to buy our first house.

Everything was great with the exception of the Appraiser not doing his job in a timely manner and causing our closing to be one day late.
