Corey is what you would want the face of the company to be. I thought the underwriters were less experience, asking for more than I've ever had to produce with other VA loans from other companies while blaming it on VA. It wasn't VA because other mortgage companies don't. It's your company not VA. If I had a questionable credit rating, I would expect you to want more but I don't & I sent you proof I also have investments, besides a lifetime of pensions.
The whole team was great to work with. From the start to the clear-to-close they went above and beyond to make home ownership a reality for my wife and I. A huge thank you to all!!!
