I think everyone was top notch. They were professional, efficient, and relatable. I have moved several times while in the military and since retiring. During that time I have purchased/sold several homes. This purchase was the easiest and best I have ever seen.The realtor was a top notch individual. He aided us through both the sale of our current house and the purchase of our new house. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor.There are just not enough words to express our gratitude to everyone involved. All we can say is Thank You from the bottom of our heart
My overall experience was a great one and if I had 1 complaint, it would be who ever did the appraisal because for the work he/she did they owe me a refund. It looked like they took it off the internet

Rachel Nielsen help me with the final financing paperwork and all I have to say if it wasn't for these three people and this organization I wouldn't have a home of my own.
