Besides having to get the repairs done in minimal amount of time to ensure closing on time, I have no complaints. The team was easy to work with, answered all my questions when I had them, and were great about getting back to me whenever I uploaded documents, or texted/called about a question.
The sellers were horrible but Jessica pratt kept in contact with all the updates before our realtor she was definitely my go to. When we had questions she had all the answers we needed!

Realtors or the sellers' agent should be more transparent with changes in and during the home buying process. This is not connected to VU Loans or their team, but more the realtor's team.
VU is so good, I used them a second time. They are with the digital age and have helpful to-do lists to keep me on track. Nearly the entire home buying experience can be done in their mobile app. Definitely keeping them in mind for future transactions.

It is difficult sometimes because of the uniqueness of disabled veterans, but Veterans United proved itself to have the wherewithal to deal with all types of situations.
