Second time using my VA home loan benefits. I feel that my experience overall was heaps better than my first time experience. Having everything go through the app and website made it super easy to keep track of everything while on the go and I didn’t have to track a ton of different email chains nor have to make various copies of important documents to make sure I didn’t lose them throughout the process and afterwards.

I have heard so many horror stories about people using their VA loans to purchase a home, so I was really nervous before starting the process. Looking back, I don’t know what I was nervous about. Throughout the process of purchasing my home, Bill and his team were available when I had questions, and they answered everything I questioned. Using the app on my phone I was able to complete the tasks I needed to complete, as well as track the progress of the loan. These guys are top notch, and I would definitely recommend to other veterans looking to purchase their homes.

I would not use them again! Too many errors, time delays and no accountability! I had to chase down incorrectly sent money and get payment corrected. You cannot choose your own title company and the given title company made many errors that I had to correct or bills not getting paid and thousands of dollars lost/misapplied. Buyer beware! Be prepared to call VA to get your paperwork through.
