Honestly, I can't say enough about how smooth of a process this was. Going into the mortgage I was a bit skeptical and worried I would be taken for a ride. Jake was able to secure 18 days of escrow which was the main reason they accepted our offer. He then followed up on that by jumping through hurdles and solving every single problem we faced.
