Grateful for Veterans United, Taylor and Rachael.
Overall the process went relatively quickly. I like the portal and how that helps keep things on track and lets you know where things are. I just think the Taylor and Rachael could be a bit better and explaining timeframes, next steps, and answering calls or texts. I found myself stressed more than one occasion and could not get a call, email or text.
Overall, I am satisfied and grateful.
The buying experience could not have been easier unless they had a team to do the driving cross country. That was the most unpleasant thing in this experience.

I really like the way this company makes the loan process easy. I especially liked the easy communication via text. It really saved a lot of time being on the phone and needing to call every time I had questions. The representatives replied quickly and were always able to answer my questions. This is the second home I have purchased with VU. There is one more remaining next summer, be ready!
I have had several mortgages. I don't see any benefit to going through the VA. Service was bad and we had to pay a $2000 funding fee. Had problems along the way that I have never had getting a mortage in the past.
