Unfortunately this was the worst experience we've had with the underwriting process. There were multiple instances where things were asked of us that either were unrelated to the purchase of this home or things that our realtor/inspector had never heard of. For example, we needed to provide documentation on a home we no longer own, different documents for our inspection etc. It just felt like there was always a hang up or additional/unnecessary steps. overall, our loan officer Alea was great but it was not a good experience working with this company.

Thank you for your feedback Melanie. Our apologies if the reason for each item requested wasn't thoroughly explained to you. We definitely only ask for items needed to clear underwriting conditions, but occasionally we overlook the importance of explaining the "why" behind an item. If you do have any unanswered questions regarding your recent financing, a member of our Client Advocate Management Team will be happy to assist you with those.

At 53 the dream of owning a home in my mind was just that a dream that would probably never happen however Brad and his team made this dream a reality. He had more faith in the process then I did and supported this journey to owning a house when I had doubts. I couldn’t have imagined that this would happen without him. Now I have my own part of the American dream.

Everything was exceptional

I am so glad I went with Veterans United (VU) instead of xxxx. VU made the whole process simple, friendly, and timely.

The team was great and I’m so lucky to have worked with them. They explained everything and got my family and I to the finish line with ease.

Special shout out to Tim and Suzaan for their professionalism and knowledge. They were there with the whole step of the way. Thank you for always answered my call and Text. The last but not the least my special Concierge Nathalee. Thanks for everything.
I would 100% recommend you guys.

Veteran's United (and specifically Joel, Chris, and Shelby) made the home buying process virtually stress-free. They reached out frequently, kept me informed, and even helped me find home owner's insurance and home security. Highly, highly recommend!

If I had to do it again, I’ll be right back with veterans United and Kevin

This group made this a very smooth process; thanks.

Ready to see for yourself?
Experience first-hand why 348,628 homeowners give us a perfect score!
If I were to do this process again I would really appreciate the realtor being a tad bit dedicated.

The experience with the Veterans United team made our experience seamless. I am completely impressed with everyone on the team.

The entire process was actually pleasant. Lot of attention to detail and the staff availability was of paramount importance to me. Successful.

Home buying experience with Veterans United was top notch. Every one I worked with in the process of buying our home were very knowledgeable in every aspect of the purchase. They were all very prompt in processing the application. Matt Reehl was always on top of the whole loan process from beginning to end. Thanks again for bringing this to a successful closing.

The VA took way too long.
Had several closing dates.
Frustrating
Plus all the to do lists. Some were ridiculous

Hello Stanley, Thank you for taking time out to let us know about your loan experience. To-Dos are essential in the process, and we try to make them as simple as we can to make the loan process easier on all parties. Although tiresome, they are all required. A Client Advocate team member is available to you if you have any questions or concerns. We hope that your home serves you well.
