I have been through mortgage companies and closings before and have never been had to get this much paperwork together. Not only was it like taking my blood, it was like taking the bone marrow too! I stayed on top of things, but every time I got things done and checked off the list of things to do, there were many more things added. It was a VERY PAINFUL and OVERWHELMING process!! There were too many people involved with the process to where I wasn't sure who to talk to at times. I tried to keep in contact with Hana, the loan officer mainly. She was very accessible and responsive through text, email and phone. I did like the app. While there was many things on the list to do, at least I could keep track of it. I also liked how easy it was to upload things in there. The only downfall with it was that it didn't pair with one of my banks.

I would like to say that more is more during the Offer to Closing phase. More communication about the steps to come, more transparency about fee structures and what’s expected within the process of getting a Clear to Close as well as what to expect for Cash to Close, and more insights on the community and surrounding area prior to buying would be warmly welcomed by anyone you assist in the future. Hunter and his team were the optimal team for us. Every bump we hit we found a way to get through it. We didn't use a realtor and it was quite the stressful situation for me as I was the "realtor". I am not a realtor. I made sure to stay up to date with all of my documents and to do's to make sure we didn't get behind on closing. I tried to close a week early and we did by 1 day. I greatly appreciate all the help and understanding this team of Hunter, Bianca, and Jared gwve us in buying this very difficult home buying process. Thank you again!!!
