One word to describe Mike Wilson would be outstanding! He did exactly what he promised. And that was to get my wife and me, into our brand new home as quickly and as smoothly as possible. However, the underwriter was the most unprofessional underwriter I have ever worked with. The underwriter in fact will potentially receive a complaint from me to the following organizations: CFPB, NMLS and the governing state entities for what I believe are clear violations of going well beyond Federal guidelines for information requests and explanations.

Veterans United was the first and only lender I reached out to and I'm glad I did. They stayed in constant communication with me, I never felt like I was figuring things out on my own. My initial preapproval wasn't what I wanted and they explained to me what I needed to do to be preapproved for a higher amount. Great customer service, will be referring any veterans I know to them.

He truly cares about what you’re going through in life and adjust it to help you to the best of his ability figure out a way to afford the house that you want to get into. Abigail was always timely in her responses and very easy to contact. She was a very nice individual every time that I communicated with her.I know there’s other options out there, but I will always go back to veterans United as long as Matt is still working there.
