Everyone at VU was great along the way but I need to give a huge and special shoutout to Stephanie Hoffman. Stephanie did not flinch with any questions comments or concerns. She was extremely knowledgeable on the entire process and was available near 24/7 to help even while dealing with other customers and her own personal life. At no point was I ever in the dark on any of the process and this was definitely due to Stephanie and the care she provided.
This was my second experience with Veterans United and this was another amazing and awesome experience for us.

Easiest home buying process we’ve ever been through. Matt and his team are second to none, and the VU portal was super easy to use. All around excellent experience!
You could not ask for better person then Even And Ally. If it were for them I don't think we could have got through all the paper work and anything else we need to do. Were in our 70's and love our little house and have big dreams for things we want to do outside and inside. Our first home we brought together. We have lived in apartment or RV since we been married and our two dogs says thanks so much for Evan and Ally Love you both for all your help and I know we needed it
