My team was outstanding, they were great and above and beyond to help me and my husband thru the process. There were times I felt confused and frustrated but they helped me through it all. The house is fantastic, the terms better than we expected, and we got it done just in time to celebrate our 49th anniversary in the new house. The only issue I have is updates on increase of payment. We went from getting 1k back to paying 3k at close. I get it is going to change. A call or text would be great. Other than that. Todd doesn’t play. He will get you in a home. We started aug 24th looking at a home we wanted. He got us in there by September 25th. Thank you Todd and your whole team.
