The entire process was extremely smooth! I was notified of what tasks needed to be completed and how to best take care of them. Communication was excellent the entire time, I received several calls from concierge asking how they could help. They assisted me with setting up utilities and made my life easier
Ok. I think I have just about raved as much as I can about the astounding women and teams that made our home purchase possible, that if it continues you'll have to widen all the doors to fit their heads. Though they would rightly and truly deserve such adjustments if they needed to be made.

Everyone we worked with was great, never felt rushed and always got answers when they were asked. The user interface on the VU website was miles ahead of anyone else's, everything was right there and easy to understand, a huge time saver when going back to previous loan estimates or checking on documentation needed. The refinance process is a bear but it was made relatively painless by VU. We'd use VU again.

As a first time homebuyer, I didn’t know what to expect. I was gearing up for a grueling process. But the team at Veteran’s United paved a yellow brick road for me, and all I had to do is follow it. I’m very appreciative.
If it wasn't for Rick, this would have been all zeroes. My "transaction coordinator" was absolute trash. She never replied to my emails in full. If I asked three questions, she would answer one and never respond to any others. Never returned my calls or spoke to me on the phone. Absolutely terrible. Marty, Brittani, and Rick were all wonderful, responsive, and knowledgeable. I could really debate if Bridget was really even a part of my experiences as she barely did anything. She was supposed to be my main contact thru the bulk of this process. Luckily Rick stepped in after seeing several of my emails expressing my frustration. Rick was the one who would answer any and all questions. Would call me with updates, answers, and to just check in on some days.
