I can write a book about this process! But what I truly admire is that from the start, they calmed me! And made me feel like I was not alone and that I deserved this! That made me feel better than anything because I was feeling like my finances, divorce and bankruptcy would almost surely hinder the process! Torie Smith is professional! Determined and just a wonderful human! And definitely someone you want covering down for you! When I tell you Torie took care of me! I am not understating! Many many calls to fix a financial issue that could have hindered everything! Countless hours spent making sure my file was without any errors and underwriting would be good! I would review the program from Safe Haven security with ADT. The sales person was phenomenal but that DID NOT translate into the real world experience with the technician that came to my home. It was a very poor experience, so much so, I am considering cancelling tomorrow which is my third day & last day to cancel without penalty. He did not provide the same equipment or options communicated to me by the sales rep and actually presented me an entirely new set of options; not one, two, but three different service packages. This was overall disappointing and not commensurate with the service I had received prior to that point.
Dawn by far is whom I spoke to the most. She treated me like I was family and I will never forget how well she communicated with me in things she needed from me.
