Charlie, Deloris and Abby were a dream to have as my wife and I bought our first home. In addition, my wife gave birth to our son during the process and the team ensured I was totally present for my wife while they took care of the loan process. They were very communicative, honest and fun to chat with.

No sense or care for any of the buyers request. Information regarding our closing date was withheld from us. Over 7 addendums needed to be signed over the course of the transaction including one after final singing and notary. Very unorganized and unprofessional experience.
As I started before overall, I had a pleasant experience. There was really only 1 or 2 things or processes that could have been handled bette. Other than that, everybody was very professional and courteous.
