From beginning to end, Veterans United staff where spot on in every way! The web portal is AWESOME as well and easy to navigate and upload download documents and the use of electronic signatures WAS PRICELESS!

Veterans United is truly a one-stop shop! The capability of this company is unmatched from their marketing to their customer service, we truly felt valued the entire time.

This process we were led to believe to be stressful and painful. With the team we had, we couldn't have been more happy. We didn't have any blind sides or stressors that came out of nowhere. This was a really enjoyable process and i'm so glad we trusted our familys future with the VU TEAM!

Veterans United is very knowledgeable and they make sure that every little detail is addressed and legal ! We were able to fund our second home thru Veterans United in a timely manner. Although...... We feel communications are not always the best. We believe that is because of too many hands involved in the process. We also think that they tend to push the envelope when it comes to meeting the deadline for closing. And lastly, We found out that closing signing does Not mean that you will take immediate possession of your home. Funding with Veterans United is not secured at that time, could take them 2 to 3 more days. We would highly recommend our agent Kendall Haun in the Missouri office. Thank You Veterans United. I can't say enough about the team at Veterans United. It started with the credit agent working with me to get my credit score to the right level and beyond so I could get the house I have always wanted. I started at around 600 and by following their advice and steps I was at 680 in just a few months. The loan team worked so smoothly. They coordinated and organized everything I didn't feel like I had to do anything but tell them which house I wanted. They send messages when I had a new task to do. I received several calls just to update me on what was happening and what would be happening next. They found solutions when problems came up where the realtor was always ready to give up and show me a different house when I wanted a very specific property. I feel like I haven't talked about Shelly the koan coordinator and I want to make sure she gets credit too because she was always on top of anything that needed to be done and ready to help with anything that we needed. She solved as many issues as Ross. If he wasn't available she would step in and handle the problem. I WILL NEVER USE ANYTHING BUT VETERANS UNITED TO BUY A HOUSE!!!!! Last time I bought I used USAA and I wasn't taken care of like this. I can't give enough praise to the Veterans United team.
