Never reviews emails or understands them. Never passed on information. Demanded a different down payment than we agreed to. Did Not tell until 1 day before closing. Even the closing company and real estate agent said they had never had this many issues and problems. We ended up having to put down an additional $37,000. Or not have any place to live. Had movers scheduled and vactions scheduled. Talked to Christan at corporate, said she would remove the closing costs for our troubles. They did, but added it back in in other fees. FRAUD

Couldn't have asked for a better loan consultant or better one to work with he made sure it all went smoothly even when the crap hit the fan at the end with our buyers loan, he got us through and kept us updated every step of the way... Definitely recommend. Without Levi Brugger we wouldn't have ever made our dream home come true he was awesome.

Larry McGallagher was recommended to me through my real estate agent I had a couple years ago when I was selling my property, she was also the buyers agent and told me that she was really impressed with Larry and Veterans United. I kept in touch with him and as soon as I was ready to buy Larry was there for me. I have to say it was an incredibly smooth process, and there were absolutely no surprises making it an experience I will not forget. Larry's team was the best as well, very kind and professional.
I recommend any veteran that is looking to buy a home to do it through Veterans United. I’ve dealt with other home lenders and it’s normally a difficult process. Some lenders say they specialize in VA loans but I never seems that way. Veterans United only deals with veterans and they know exactly what’s they are doing. About half way through VU's process, I might have backed out, but thinking we were almost done with all the paper work, then more check's came in. it's like "are these to do checks ever going to stop, But this could be due to my wife's and mine status, with our current finances.
