We had a bit of learning to do at the beginning with a VA mortgage assumption, but between the VA, Veteran’s United and a little research, we were able to make this a very painless process. I’m happy we had some learning to do as a group, as it proved to us that Veteran’s United is capable and willing to pull the resources necessary to tackle unique situations. I would highly recommend Veteran’s United after our experience, and would have a very difficult time wanting to work with any other group when it comes to shopping for a new mortgage.
