The only cause for concern, and it did not impact my overall assessment, was that I noticed a frequent double-tap for information. I uploaded several of the documents during my initial loan request, but was still asked to submit either via email or the portal prompting the requirement.

Dale was good as well and hope he is recommended to more veterans in the area who are looking for a home. He paid a water test out of his pocket the second time after there was a delay on the first test which lead to the lab not able to give accurate results.
