Always ready to provide answer any questions we may and very patience.

I had multiple issues during my process of buying a home with Veterans United. If I could have given them a 0 out of 10 I would have. I will be letting all military know to stay clear of them for their home buying.

Very helpful. Answer all the questions the client have, and give time to adjust to your schedule

Thank you all for helping with are dream home!

Awesome team that kept me one step ahead during the entire home buying process. The VU team made the long distance purchase seamless. Thank you!

The process seems a little backwards. I did not have my appraisal untill 2 weeks before closing. I should have put my offer in and the very next step should have been the appraisal. I feel if something has been paid it should no longer be looked into I ran into a issue that I paid a item but since it couldt be tracked I had to continue to prove I had x amount of dollars. It's a very hard and stressful process. With everything the underwriter and the appraisal. I honestly feel like it's more of a way to stop veterans from proceeding. Very picky on small things and if the seller and buyer don't work together the accommodating fixing everything the appraiser wants fixed ,would be almost impossible. I am very thankful for the team I had I end up did getting the new home and I am very appreciative of it and had a great team along the way to help me questions that I had. But in my opinion the process is far to difficult for most home buyers.

Veterans United will always be our number one. They got us into our home with beautiful land, to live our dream.

Veterans United made the most stressful process/ purchases in my life an easy and stress free experience I could imagine. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Everyone was nice and professional when able to discuss. Even with the closing document hiccups and changes, Ms. Beth did try to figure it out on her day off and Ms. Corina talked to us that day to ensure we were good to go.Thank you for assisting us with this huge life change.

Very professional and flexible given there were a week or two where I was unable to communicate during the work day. Would highly recommend the entire team I worked with, I appreciated all their feedback and help during the process.

Everything went well, a bit frustrating at times as we were so early that some things had to be resubmitted, but the team was courteous and professional! Thank you!

Just bought a house, again. Same house, second time buying it.
Thanks Rachel!
