As a first time home buyer, the process of purchasing a new home can be very overwhelming and stressful. Working with Veterans United and the outstanding team they provided made it a breeze. They were there with me through every step of the process to answer any and all questions that arose. I cant recommend them enough for any veterans planning on purchasing a home and I will most definitely be keeping them in mind for the next time I purchase a home.
From the very beginning my credit consultant did a fantastic job. Jake and Steven were great. Not only that but the loan coordinator Lisa was always a pleasure to speak to, courteous, and determined to see my loan got approved and back from underwriting in time to close. I can not speak highly enough about this team at Veterans United. I am extremely pleased with my service and the results. You guys are amazing .

Biggest complaint is Origination Fee, and slightly higher rates. While I know VU is well below VA allowed limits for origination fee for a loan our size, felt this was excessive based on amounts from other lenders. While my VU experience was awesome, only reason I went with you all based on rates and expenses was a quirk with my own bank's underwriting rules which did not comport with VA standards.The higher rate and orig fee is reason you all are an overall 7 vice 10.But cannot say enough about service from Devin and Juan!
My home buying assistance team was knowledgeable, understanding, patient, accessible and totally professional. I highly recommend Veteran's United and especially Matthew and Alyssa.

In roughly three years, I’ve purchased two homes with veterans united and I’ve never felt more comfortable. My team kept me informed and up to date as soon as information changed. This app and site were super easy to use and convenient to get documents passed over quickly. Overall, I love you guys and the team assigned me to me. I will recommend to anyone who asks.
