Veterans United treats everyone with the respect and care they deserve. I am not the veteran of my house, but I did most of the work to secure a home and they treated me just as nice as they’d treat any veteran. This means a lot to me working for a WNY Veteran nonprofit.
I would recommend explaining how the bundled plan works and as the buy if they want to apply their bundled benefits towards buying down their interest rate.

This was very good and painless experience. These gentleman both Adam and Daniel were amazing and on top of everything. Tiffany was also a blessing. I couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience on buying a home. I will suggest VA and these gentleman anytime I have a family or friend who is looking to buy a home.

My humble abode that I moved in to on August 4, 2020. I'm so thankful to Veterans United for approving me for an amazing low interest rate on my home and making the process so easy for me. I was only able to do a virtual viewing of this home because of COVID and I did it through my phone. I wasn't able to see the inside in person but I still went through with making an offer and eventually saw it in person before moving in. I literally saw and bought this home through my phone. I love it and thank God he gave me a cherry tree!
