I had a mortgage with a traditional bank when we purchased our first home and then refinanced with another online company when rates were low. after we paid off our loan and we were finally mortgage free, my wife decided we needed some place to have the Grandkids gather for Holidays and all the fun stuff you do with Grandchildren. So, we started looking for a new home. I am a retired veteran and I saw an ad for Veterans United and thought " give them a try and see what they can offer." I liked what they had to offer and we were able to purchase a great home in a great neighborhood. Shortly after our bid was accepted and we decided to get the house, a water pipe burst in the lower level and completely ruined the lower level and down into the basement. the whole lower level, kitchen, dining room, living room, family room and basement was flooded and had to be completely renovated. My team at Veterans United kept up to date on all the repairs and delays and made sure all the paperwork and important legal stuff was taken care of on time and done correctly. I can't say enough about Veterans United, but then, that's what veterans do, we look out for our own.
