I would use them again with zero hesitation, everything was super smooth.
Name changes during a first time home buying experience would (I thought) be more common. The only option for the document that I could use to prove my name change was the court ordered document or drivers license, which doesn't make sense because you do not have that document when you change your name after getting married. Please have the option for future customers who are newlyweds to use their marriage certificate and or new social as proof (I mean... seriously, how much more proof is needed that my new social security card couldn't provide) . I wasn't able to use my marriage certificate or new social security. This was the only hiccup I encountered.
I can not say enough great things about VU! If there is a next home. They will be my go to for all my needs! Oh and the home gift that I got really made me feel the warm and fuzzies and having a home. Thank you guys again for your superb service.
