Matt was very responsive and explained things. Would be a little more helpful if the whole team explained things as I do not go through the home buying experience everyday.

Please don’t think that I have not forgotten about the other members of the loan process team. They were also Great. I’m only giving a rating of 10, because that’s the highest on the scale, but Michael Peters and his team deserve alot more credit than that. I thank God for the team as well.
