So glad we decided to go with veterans united. The process was fast and easy. They guided us all along the way. When we had questions they were prompt to get back to us with the rights answers. What really stood out though, was how friendly they were. They made you feel like we were important and shared in our excitement on buying our home.
To be completely transparent, I started my home buying process with Veterans United by simply looking at the VA loan calculator. I clicked a few steps and put my information in by mistake while trying to access the calculator to see what an estimate payment would look like. Little did I know, a wonderful person named Benjamin was ready to help me purchase my first home. From the moment we spoke on the phone for the first time to the day before closing, Benjamin has been truly a blessing. Benjamin, Kylie, and Ethan are a wonderful team. My family and I have our dream home as our first home because of their efforts. I cannot thank them enough. Maybe it’s a good thing they aren’t in Florida because if I ever got the chance to meet the three of them, I would give them the biggest and baddest bear hug on this planet.
The only improvement I would recommend is to find a way to better assist service members who are stationed overseas. Our time difference is big and we don’t have the ability to overnight documents. Other than that it was a great home buying experience and I have already recommended it to my family and friends.
The entire process was made so easy with their outstanding teams. Every step of the way we were guided and after our closing the online app makes mortgage payments simple and easy. I have used several mortgage companies but Veterans United is hands down the very best.

5 star for the loan officer Dan Salter! His knowledge and availability for our family in the process of getting this house was great! Need to review the part ership with real estate agency in the area. Meaning those agencies that got poor reviews should not be partnered and not based on veteran own companies.
