I would 10/10 recommend this team to anyone. Great people and kept me in the loop through the whole process.

THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!!!

Thanks to all of you

Everyone was fantastic and helped so much. Even getting the title paperwork to me when I was hundreds of miles away for work. Everyone deserves a raise and so much more. The entire process was so easy and straightforward. Thank you Everyone so much.

My experience was great from the beginning up to the closing date. The application was easy, support from Billy was extraordinary, and providing/singing documents was easy. At closing there where multiple issues with getting the final loan numbers that caused the process to be extremely long and confusing.

I would highly recommend Veterans United.

They know everybody you need to know locally to get things done with buying a home. Local realtors, title companies, UTLA, (Lindsey, Mallory and the entire staff), home owners insurance people, Home Appraisal outfits that go the extra Mile to ensure you get the best comparison possible.

Everything went well very professional with veterans united.however when it came to the closing between the realtor and the closing officer I was put on the spot humiliated in front of everyone.relator had told me to bring a money order for closing cost.when the closing officer left the room to upload stuff and then stormed in the room raising her voice with a attitude asking the reason for my different last name on it and it was a money order Instead of a cashiers check.i explained because it came out of my bank account and I hadn't changed my name since divorce due to covid and also was told not to change anything during buying a home.i felt attacked and viewed as a criminal in court.how humiliating. I said my load officers have all my information including bank.then she pulls out my page of credit.history with names and said she knew I had already went over this with the loan company but have you went buy all these names I said not all are mine the names weren't even spelled correctly. Mean while my realtor stops talking to her coworker looks over my shoulder and says is that all you girlfriend my god raising her voice .I stopped talking and marking off the names because I felt I was being purposely humiliated and not buying a home.very unprofessional. While looking for homes the realtor kept telling me things I didn't need if a house was big or yard because it was just me living there was worried because I hadn't paid taxes or utilities. She is working with veterans united.and didn't know I am tax exempt due to disabled vet.after closing was locked out of house .the sales realtor threw the key in the house locked it.and I only was given a garage door opener.when I got to the house the doors wouldn't open due to owners shutting power off instead of letting it transfer over to my account. Meanwhile it was 100 outside blazing out stuck for a hour .had to run get battery's spend 30 bucks on battery's I didn't need realtor thought maybe it was that .dead batterys.lock Smith was called got me in.my feelings was very hurt in the closing with the way I was treated. Realtor seemed to be into socializing with the seller realtor her Co worker.only stopped her conversation to humiliate me about my last names.from previous marriages.wasnt a great experience. And as a combat veteran for this country and to be treated that way buying a house in america I'd say it's went to crap except veterans united Jon Andria and Rachel were very professional.

Tim is by far the best reflection of Veterans United. I would recommend Veterans to my family only if Tim was the Loan Officer.

Heather Vivone was great however, she was a bit unorganized.

My veterans loan team has made my house buying process go smoothly! I trusted them completely and I didn’t have to worry about anything! I couldn’t have done it without them! Thanks guys!

Amazing team who made a stressful process seamless.

Very poor communication and explaining what things were. I had questions that never got answered. Things on my credit report were assumed rather than asked about which cost me a lot of money at the close. Seems like the people waited until the last minute to collect the information they needed and I was left running around up until the day of closing trying to submit documents.
Response from Veterans United

Exceptional service and dedication to the Veteran. Thank you.

To say Kollin, Amy, Maja, Janet, and the entire team were outstanding does not do them justice at all. Kollin was very straightforward and painted a crystal clear picture of what to expect during the entire process. Professionalism was 2nd to none. Communication skills and consistency was always prompt, courteous, and always super friendly and easy to talk to. Always answered all questions as fast as i would ask them. My favorite was his sense of humor which really made an extremely busy and stressful process alot easier to deal with on a daily basis. Emily the exact same way! She always communicated with me effectively and always gave clear instructions and answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. She was always super fast in getting my documents submitted for underwriting as fast as I would upload them. This made staying on track for closing so much more streamlined and easier. Always such a pleasure to talk to to keep me from freaking out on a daily basis. Kollin was superb at this as well! Maja was always so kind and helpful for me in getting all the details sorted out as far as moving. Her helpful tips, suggestions, and advice have already saved me tons of money and time during the moving process. I thank each and everyone of you for everything you've done to make my dream come true of going back to my roots and living out in the country again. Words can never express the gratitude I have for these wonderful miracle working human beings. The utmost respect to each and every one of you.
