Overall, Veteran's United, once all the paperwork was in place and accepted, was a good firm to work with. We found all the representatives to be very friendly and helpful. Realizing how detailed the process can be, VU gets high marks.

Thank you, Veterans United. I had an awesome experience with y'all.

Tyler is exceptional at his job. Give him a raise!

Every single one of the individuals who helped me buy my new home did a fantastic job. I really can’t thank them enough for making it such an amazing experience.

This was my second time using Veterans United. Hands down the best for Veterans. I will recommend V.U. to anyone I can. Thanks for a great experience again.

Great team to work with.

I will definitely recommend Veterans United to my family, friends and co-workers. Thank you for all you have done for my family and me. God Bless you.

Any bumps were minor and handled quickly. I needed nudges/reminders given my massive move. Gabe and Melissa excel in keeping comms constant across SMS, phone, and emails. My previous interactions with loan officers (years ago, not VU) were... well, they were so-so with comms, which is half the battle (ie showing up for your client, the other half being roughly finding info, owning any mistakes and problem-solving... the basics of blocking and tackling).Would I vote for these folks? I would. Seriously. Spending deficits and hefty interest payments across the board in need of good stewards - we need more public servants like Gabe and Melissa in our state and federal offices.
