My home buying experience was once again flawlessly easy and stress free. Having a personal team assigned to helping my family made things so easy! There was only one time I was put on hold (less than five minutes) and even that was amazing because I was able to listen to Rob Riggle telling stories. Thank you all for making my families dreams come true!
First I’d like to say thank you to the entire team. We closed super fast which is good but stressful. There were a few communication issues with underwriting and title and loan and agent, which is why I started at a 9/10 and then I thought about the team sending me a ornament for the dog I lost and the amount of effort they put in. I also thought about the manners and care they showed. It was a crazy but fun and enjoyable 30 days. Thank you all you’ve earned a 10/10.
